WFP Living is a family-owned company offering rental homes from our family’s property portfolio. We focus on clear communication, straightforward service, and the responsible operation of the homes we offer.
Our family’s story in rental housing began with a single decision. After receiving a bonus from Exxon, our family patriarch, Jim Wood, set out to buy a new car. Along the way, he reconsidered. Rather than purchasing the car, he decided to invest the money in a rental home.
That first property became the beginning of a family rental portfolio that Jim built and personally managed over many years. When he eventually “retired,” it was only from Exxon. He continued caring for the properties, working with residents, and remaining closely involved in the family business for years to come.
Today, the portfolio continues to be managed by the Wood family. Although the business has grown and the way we operate has evolved, the principles Jim established remain the same: treat people fairly, act with kindness, and take pride in providing homes for the families and individuals who live in our communities.
